How Does Sodding and Irrigation Systems Work?
Our Sod installation process includes the following steps:
- Measuring for sq footage Soil Test
- Sun/Shade Measurements
- Soil Prep Amendment
- Laying Sod
- Rolling the Sod
- Watering
We also offer sod maintenance as we try and save sick patches with chemical treatments and soil amendments before we dig up and replace anything.
We offer lots of different species of sod including:
- Bermuda Grass
- St Augustine Grass
- Zoysia
We help you determine with different sun species per watering regulations, sun, salt content, etc.
After installing the irrigation system, we will adjust the the irrigation timer as needed for the first few weeks.
We will take the extra steps and make sure there is plenty of good top soil and make it look as nice as possible after. After that it all comes down to proper watering to ensure it comes up thick.
